EG&G and Raytheon have been long-term partners in range operations, working on the NTTR for the past 36 years. We bring extensive, detailed and current knowledge of operating the largest interoperable test and training range complex in DoD - J-Tech.

When the support contracts for the western ranges were consolidated into the J-Tech contract, we formed the JT3 Joint Venture to provide range support in California, Nevada and Utah. This Team has been so successful that we joined together again to form MSTS to support the White Sands Missile Range.
