JIM NOBLE, Engineering and Technical Services Support Manager

Jim Noble is the Director of the Engineering and Technical Services Division of MSTS. Born in Edinberg, Texas, he has been a resident of Las Cruces, NM for the past 54 years. His background includes industry experience in electro-optics with Texas Instruments and instrumentation development with the Instrumentation Directorate at WSMR.

Mr. Noble's career includes 20 years in the National Range Operations Directorate. His most recent position was Chief of Operations Control Division, where he was responsible for all scheduled range operations on WSMR. Mr. Noble lead engineering teams which established Wake Island and Ft. Wingate, NM as launch sites for WSMR.

Since retiring from WSMR, Mr. Noble joined J&T Enterprises, a consulting firm which supports several companies, universities and the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
