ROGER MOSELEY, Project Manager
Roger Moseley is the president of MSTS. He was born in St. George, UT and grew up as an Army brat in 13 different PCS locations before spending 22 years in the Air Force.
He has a long history as both a user and as a provider of DoD range services, starting as a weapons test pilot at Eglin AFB, FL, in 1976. Among many other weapons testing projects, Roger participated in Maverick tests at White Sands.
Mr. Moseley's Air Force career included 350 combat
missions in Vietnam, a tour as the second F-117
Test Force Commander, and Deputy Director of the B-2
Program. After retiring from the Air Force in 1990,
he continued his career as a tester, providing OSD oversight
of the Global Hawk program and later as the Lockheed
Chief of Flight Test for the X-33. In commercial industry,
he has managed large software projects, hi-rel electronics
manufacturing, and development of high energy-density
vehicle batteries.
Most recently, Mr. Moseley was the Chief Engineer for JT3 with technical responsibility for all aspects of the J-Tech range contract, which covers the Edwards, Nellis, Hill, and China Lake ranges.
