The Lear Siegler Services, Inc. (LSI) Team provides U.S. Army Headquarters Forces Command (HQ FORSCOM) LOGJAMSS customers a powerful capability multiplier as they seek solutions to their logistics support challenges through Force XXI into the Army After Next (AAN) in 2015 and beyond. To meet the challenge, LSI has formed a virtual enterprise consisting of industry leading logistics services companies. This virtual enterprise, led by LSI and comprised of Computer Science Corporation/ Information Technology Solutions (CSC/ITS), International Consultants, Incorporated (ICI), Anteon Corporation, and MPRI, and recently added Birch and Davis Associates, offers single point responsibility and access to an integrated team of acknowledged centers of logistics support excellence across this contracts technical spectrum, under an existing contract vehicle.

Strong leadership, effective management processes, and responsive organizations distinguish the LSI Team. Fundamental to our philosophy are the concepts of partnering, shared responsibility and common goals with our customers. The management approach we bring to the LOGJAMSS contract recognizes LSI as the Prime Contractor and single integrator for all LOGJAMSS tasking.

How to Use the Contract
Step 1: Customer requisitions services and/or identifies need using the Task Order Process to LOGJAMSS.
Step 2: LOGJAMSS coordinates customer requirements and contacts contractor for price and availability.
Step 3: Customer accepts price, provides funds to LOGJAMSS, which issues Task Order to contractor.
Step 4: Customer notifies LOGJAMSS when Task Order is complete and provides feedback on performance.
Step 5: LOGJAMSS pays the contractor.
