We help defense and civilian agencies achieve secure, federally-compliant assessed and authorized cloud services. Using our knowledge to meet standards such as the Federal Information Security Act (FISMA), DOD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) and Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP), we enable agencies to rapidly and efficiently meet mandates and assess, plan, transition and achieve Authority To Operate (ATO), and to confidently operate within public, private or hybrid clouds. Our repeatedly proven methods consolidate data center resources and deliver measured service solutions that are “pay for use,” include transparency of cost and utilization, provide real-time visibility of performance and are elastic to instantly scale to demand.
Our enterprise management services span the full information technology life cycle to include operations and development. We support the development of a turnkey system to provision and manage our customer’s information technology using a customizable framework of Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices. We also bring specialized services and expertise for the inception, design, implementation, virtualization, operation and continual improvement of assets and resources. We work to optimize investments and implement information technology services standards. Serving customers such as the Environmental Protection Agency, we consolidated 12 IT help desks—increasing customer satisfaction from 57% to 98%, reducing costs by more than $17 million, all while exceeding Gartner Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
We have worked with the Department of State for nearly three decades, automating mission-critical Passport Systems and augmenting them with electronic, imaging and biometric solutions while issuing more than 13 million passports each year. We provide 24/7 service management to ensure availability in embassies and consulates worldwide. This includes the Travel Document Issuance System (TDIS)—the primary case management system used for application workflow—one of the largest end-to-end adjudication and credentialing systems in production.
In the area of network engineering, we implement and support critical infrastructure for unified data and communication. We design, deploy, accredit and manage scalable and secure solutions for federal agencies, including the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). Our work has been an important part of the Defense Information Systems Network for more than 20 years. For DISA, we provide specialized experience, expertise and processes in business use cases, concepts of operation, international regulation, green field builds, security planning, and integrated hybrid VoIP, multimedia and legacy telephony.
